REGISTRATION
The registration portal for the EAFS 2022 conference is now closed.
For requests for late registration, please contact eafs2022@meetagain.se.
If space is available, there will be an additional late fee (SEK 1 500) added to the regular price.
Participating at Meetings, parallel to EAFS 2022
Please note that if you are attending a meeting arranged in co-operation with the EAFS 2022 conference (i.e. ENFSI Expert Working Group Meeting or similar), you will be asked to register through a specific registration link. The link to the registration portal will be provided to you by your chairperson.
A similar procedure, as described above, will be implemented for the registration to the ENFSI Annual Meeting (AM) 2022. Please, if you are a permanent member of ENFSI attending the ENFSI AM wait to register until information has been received from the Secretariat. The link to register will be provided by the ENFSI Secretariat in due time.

Registration details
Payments
Payments will be accepted by credit card (VISA or Mastercard) or bank transfer. For bank transfer please contact the Conference bureau for more information.
An administration fee of SEK 150 will be added on bank transfer outside Sweden and on group registrations.
For group registrations (more than 8 persons) please contact the Conference bureau Meetagain eafs2022@meetagain.se
Confirmation of your registration
After registration, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail.
VAT
Delegates are required to pay VAT in addition to the registration fee (25%).
Changing your registration
If you cannot attend the conference, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation.
Name changes must be made in writing and sent to eafs2022@meetagain.se
Cancelling your registration
The registration can be cancelled before April 18th 2022, with a full refund minus an administrative cost of SEK 500. From April 18th 2022, the registration is binding. If you cannot attend the conference, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation.
Cancellations and changes of participation must be made in writing and sent to eafs2022@meetagain.se
Please note that all refunds will be handled after the conference.
Processing of personal data
When registering for the conference, your personal data will be stored in a database in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and applicable national legislation. Your personal data will only be used by conference organizer for conference administration.
